Buffalo66 Promo Update

The Buffalo66 promo is ending this week. For league #201990, Buffalo66 did not enter it, so all entries will count as beating Buffalo66's score. For league #202947, it was incorrectly set as a beginner league, and did not allow Buffalo66 or other players with more than 100 wins to enter. As a result, the results of that league will not be counted towards the promo (treated like no promo league on that day). The final three leagues of the promo will be Tuesday-Thursday this week.
